2 oz. Fonseca Bin No. 27
.75 oz. Bulleit bourbon
1 oz. Fresh pear juice
2 Muddled blackberries
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
.25 oz. Agave syrup
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and blackberry.

Blood and Sand

Available at Bernard’s Bar at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago
1.5 oz. Scotch (mixologist recommends Famous Grouse Scotch)
1 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
A splash of Cherry Heering liqueur
1 oz. Orange juice
Orange peel
In a shaker, combine Famous Grouse Scotch, Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, a splash of Cherry Heering liqueur and the orange juice. Add 1 cup ice to the shaker. Shake for 10-12 seconds. Pour straight up (no ice) into a coup (Martini Glass). Garnish with an orange peel.

Casa Crazy Eye

1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco tequila
2 oz. Lychee liqueur
.25 oz. Fresh lemon juice
4 Basil leaves
Luxardo cherry
Lychee ball
A lime wedge, agave nectar and equal parts salt, sugar and oreo cookie crumbs for the glass rim*
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs. Add ice and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds. Fine strain into a small martini glass. Place Luxardo cherry inside lychee ball (as eye ball) and spear with a skewer.
*To add sugar, salt and oreo rim, wet rim of glass with lime wedge and agave nectar and roll rim through mixture.

I Ain’t Afraid of No Ghost Pepper

Available at Park Avenue Autumn in New York
2 oz. Ghost Pepper Tequila*
.75 oz. Dark Crème de Cacao
.25 oz. Cinnamon infused syrup**
.75 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice
.5 oz. Lime juice
Shake with ice. Strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and cinnamon stick.
*Infuse 1 dried ghost pepper into 1 liter of tequila for 24 hours
** 1 cup sugar, one cup water, 6 cinnamon sticks. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool before straining out cinnamon.

Midnight's Shadow

Available for a limited time at Saxon + Parole in New York
2 oz. Espresso-infused Sugar Island spiced rum*
.5 oz. Ginger beer
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
Candied ginger for garnish
Lime wheel for garnish
Shake espresso-infused Sugar Island spiced rum and lime juice over ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and candied ginger.
*Mix .25 cup of ground espresso or coffee with room temperature Sugar Island spiced rum. Let the mixture soak for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside.

Corazón Diablo

2 oz. 901® Tequila
1 oz. Crème de cassis
1 shot Espresso
1 oz. Coffee liqueur
.5 oz. Simple syrup
Sliced fig
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake vigorously over ice. Strain over ice into martini glass. Garnish with sliced fig to mimic an “evil heart.”

Santa Muerte

2 oz. Jose Cuervo Tradicional
.5 oz. Prickly pear purée
.5 oz. Simple syrup
.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
Flower for garnish
Add the ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake and serve in a co*cktail or coupe glass. Garnish with a rose petal or pansy flower.

Pumpkin Spice Negroni

1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Bulldog gin
.75 oz. Frangelico
.5 oz. Pumpkin puree-infused syrup
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients and dry shake. Reshake with ice and strain into a small pumpkin (or coupe). Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon andpumpkin seeds.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

1.5 oz. Patrón Añejo tequila
2 oz. Orange juice
1.5 oz. Pumpkin pureé
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Honey pumpkin spice syrup*
Ice cubes
Pumpkin pie spice blend, for dusting
Orange twist, for garnish
In a co*cktail shaker, add all of the ingredients except the spice blend and orange twist and shake. Strain into a martini glass, dust with the pumpkin pie spice blend and garnish with an orange twist, then serve.
*For the honey pumpkin spice syrup, whisk together 1 cup water, 1 cup honey, and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice blend in a small pot. Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Once at a boil, turn off the heat and allow the syrup to completely cool.

2 oz. Santa Teresa 1796
.5 tsp. Activated charcoal
1 oz. Kalamansi
1 oz. Orange juice
.5 oz. Honey
.5 oz. Ginger
1 oz. Arrack
2 oz. Sorrel to top
Candle and orchids to garnish
Add activated charcoal to shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sorrel. Shake with about three large ice cubes. Strain over crushed ice into skull-shaped vessel. Pack a lit votive candle into the crushed ice on top of the co*cktail. Measure and pour the sorrel around the candle.

Combine ingredients and shake. Strained over a large cube of ice. Top with Breckenridge Agave Wheat.
