Keto coffee is the perfect drink recipe to have while following a low carb lifestyle. I love this bulletproof coffee creamer recipe because it is super easy and delicious! Perfect for the Ketogenic diet!
The fat in this Keto Coffee Recipeleaves me feeling full for hours!I like to drink my coffee in the morning and most of the time that's all I will have until around 10-11am when I have a low carbsmoothie.
Sometimes I love a big breakfast, though, and I have my bulletproof coffee with Noatmeal (my favorite is to make it as overnight oats), or low carb biscuits and sausage gravy.
The ingredients you need for this keto coffee are brewed coffee, butter, MCT oil (optional), and sweetener (also optional).
You want to put the coffee in your blender cup along with the stevia and the butter.
Another easier option for blending your keto coffee is using a milk frother. This little gadget has also been an amazing purchase!
And another multi-purpose gadget you can use to make your keto coffee is an immersion blender. The trick with this is to use a tall and wide coffee mug, pour half of your coffee along with your additions (butter, MCT oil, stevia, collagen, etc.), and start to blend with the immersion blender. After 20 seconds, pour in the rest of your coffee and blend until frothy.
If you aren't too keen on having another gadget on your counter though, stick with a blender.
So to use your blender to make the bulletproof coffee, add everything to a blender cup...
After you get all of that yummy stuff in there, screw on the lid, and start blending! You will have keto coffee in about 10 seconds! When its all blended, very carefully remove the lid.
If your blender doesn't have a blender cup, you can use the big blender base instead. You'll want to start the blender low and vent the lid. Also, only blend one cup of coffee at a time.
Delicious, frothy, decadent coffee inno time.
I'm going to let you in on a little secret...I use salted butter. I told you, I don't use unsalted butter for anything...not even my coffee!
Are you intrigued? Will you try keto coffee? With salted butter?
This coffee recipe is very versatile. You can add other flavorings and different fats. Coconut oil is a popular addition. Also, cinnamon, vanilla, and collagen peptides are popular additions as well.

Have you found a way to reduce the calories? I like to drink a few cups of coffee a day and am thinking that would be a lot of calories. Thanks in advance. Btw, I'm addicted to your site!

Can you make this without stevia? My body doesn't tolerate any sweetener that isn't sugar.

Get CHOCZERO it's a maple syrup but it's keto friendly, you can find it at Costco, I don't have one so I get it on Amazon lol. If you make KETO Pancakes it's awesome on them too
