I was not able to actually use her services, bc she told me that she was not familiar with the issue that my dog is having. My experience with many vets who are more than willing to keep charging me as they guess at what was wrong, over the past 2 years makes me grateful for her honesty.

Excellent vets. Midnight got neutered there. He is fine.

Excellent service as always. The staff is so kind and considerate AND great with our pets!Dr. Reggie Cox couldn't be any nicer or thorough checking on our pet. They always call the next day to make sure the pet is ok.

Dr. Cox and her staff are wonderful. They treat your pets like they are their own. Dr. Cox takes her time and answers all of your questions and concerns. Dr. Cox also follows up with you within a couple of weeks to see how your pet is doing. Ozzy, my iguana, has been a patient since March 2018. Highly recommend Alpha Veterinary Center.

I’ve gone to Alpha Vet Center 4 times in the past year as my newly rescued dog was recovering from hearts worms. Despite multiple tests and requests for the doctor to call, I’ve never received any tests results or follow up calls. I was simply told no response was a good thing. Due to covid, I haven’t been able to go inside so conversation was absolutely 0. We recently scheduled an appointment due to a bump, my dog was sent back outside within minutes with the vet tech telling me the doctor wasn’t able to find it? When I sent the tech a picture to show to the vet, I again received no response and was unable to talk to the vet.Scheduling takes forever. I wouldn’t wait for an appointment here again.

Not only is this clinic affordable, but every person that works here obviously loves animals. Dr Cox provides gentle care to my cats and listens to every question and answers them all.

The vet is nice but the wait times are pretty bad. Plan on sitting in your car for 30 minutes until they get your pet.

This was our first time at this vet and Christy took her time with me to explain everything it was a very difficult time for us and she made it a little more bearable and treated me like I was a patient for years instead of a first timer the vet was very nice as well and explained what needed to be done as well. Christy you went above and beyond for me thank you so much for everything. R.I.P my baby boy Templeton ????

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable that they are providing excellent health care to our animals.

We just moved to MD, and took my elderly cat with problems here to get established so she has somewhere if anything happens (she’s basically hospice care cat at this point!), receptionist and techs/assistants (kudos to all of them, I know it can be challenging with curbside!) all seemed nice and communication was good, I liked that the vet came out to the car after the exam - however the only feed back I got from him was that “oh she’s in trouble, have you had her thyroid checked?” I figured going in that blood work would be recommended (like I said, lots of issues and hyperthyroidism is something that’s been suspected with her in the past) and I’m going to ok basically whatever is recommended for her at this point. I was expecting to get more detail into her actual exam though - weight, notes, findings, anything? But never got anything other then Dr Neuberger (I think? He never actually introduced himself) initial comment. So I wasn’t super ecstatic about that. But price wise was good - comparable to the clinic I worked at in TN and my cat didn’t seem traumatized by the experience, so I will likely come back with the rest of the gang, maybe just try a different vet on staff.Overall ok, was just put off by lack of info about the exam since she is so old and things pop up and change relatively fast.

They were very supportive and empathetic during a very difficult moment. The vet tech took the time to listen and seemed understanding and I didn't felt judge. The vet took her time to explain all the options and possibilities. They had very good "bedside manners". I highly recommend.

Dr Cox is great staff is friendly cat isn't always thrilled with them???????? but doesn't complain too much definitely recommend

I have been coming here for years with my pets. I can't express my gratitude for the friendliness and professionalism I receive from all staff members. I never worry because I know my pets are in the best hands.

1st time there...so far so good.

I was given medication for my dog was charged for 21 pills but when I got home and counted the pills I was only given 14 pills.

I was worried about not being able to go in with my fur baby due to Covid since she gets scared and nervous and it was her first time here. They did a great job though and the vet called me to go over everything. She was extremely nice and friendly, as was everyone there. My dog came out very happy and did not seem distressed at all, I'm sure they were loving on her. I will definitely continue to go here and recommend them. They were also reasonably priced which is always a plus.
