There are only 3 simple ingredients in this recipe. Here’s what you’ll need to get started!

Frozen Dragon Fruit – Feel free to use cubed frozen dragon fruit or the frozen dragon fruit smoothie packs. Both work great!

Greek Yogurt – Plain greek yogurt, whole milk yogurt, vanilla yogurt, almond milk yogurt, or any type of dairy-free yogurt are all delicious options in these smoothie bowls.

Frozen Banana – A frozen, sliced banana is a must for adding thickness and sweetening this recipe.

  • You can always use fresh or frozen fruit, but it’s recommended to use frozen fruit to thicken the smoothie.
  • A frozen banana will help give this smoothie bowl a thick and cool texture. If you forget to freeze a banana, use a fresh one and add extra ice!
  • You can also freeze coconut milk into ice cubes for an extra tropical flavor in this smoothie.
  • Top with any fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds you like.
  • I used plain Greek yogurt, but you can use your favorite yogurt!
